We are hiring at Al-Riyadh Group Company.

Administrative Specialist

 Job Description 


 Follow up inventory of office supplies and coordinate the purchasing of new material with procurement department with attention to budgetary constraints

 Follow up with the cleaners to maintain the cleanness of the company premises

 Pay the bills of electricity, water and fuel for generator and cars.

 Follow up Habitation or Re- habitation of new premises rented by the company 

 Administer maintenance for the existing premises 

 Administer the company events inside Iraq.

 Ensure the admin, security teams follow to company policies and regulations       

 Deliver to the admin manager the requested reports 

 Recommend solutions for the administrative problems to avoid any delay in the company daily operations

 Follow up issuing the Visas, re-newel company documents (visit real estate registration, company cars documents).

 Follow up the office boys to give best hospitality services. 

 Follow up implementation for the health and safety procedures 

Education: BSC, degree

Experience: 2 years

Technical Skills:

• Very good communication

• Good MS Office application (Excel, Word).

• Follow up skills

• Able to work under pressure

Job Specific Skills:


• Organizing and prioritizing.

• Work under pressure and get things done.

• Quick response on actions.
