Position: Commercial Manager
Main Responsibilities: Building the strategy for the brand awareness, market penetration sales forecast as achievement, follow up, documentation and planning: -
• Manage the commercial cycle and team
• Ensure the revenue trend and investment turn over, building the strategy for the brand awareness and market penetration.
• Increase the sales quota and manage the internal cycle, process and approvals. Set the new designs and milestones for yearly target achievement.
• Ensure to manage all the sales activity to be as systematic and available dashboard with all statistics and measurements to monitor the weakness, up-selling, cross-selling and the trend of the achievements.
• Overseeing the pre sales cycle with the technical, PMO ,Finance,......etc. To insure the right BoQ that will be delivered to the client as final proposal
• Collaborate with marketing team to monitor the steps of branding process that reflect to ALTAMEER main scope and the market need.
• Manage the product development cycle and vendors partnerships to keep ALTAMEER high relationships as Professional risk Management with high level of business engagement.
• Responsible for the added margin percentage each project, BoQ, or Proposal with best criteria of customer evaluation and deal wining or forecasting the best revenue stream after getting approvals
• Search and develop the ex-vendors to meet the strategic plans.
• Set the overall goal and would be reflect to the team target.
• Ensure the availability and present of ALTAMEER for all important events and workshops that reflect to the main scope and goal of the Co.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor degree in Technology, Communication or Computer sciences or any other relevant
• 10 Years of experience in the same field.
• Very Good in English language (Oral And written)
• Professional in Business intelligent and reporting
• Certificates in financial processes
• MBA (recommended)
• Certificates in Sales and Marketing (High Recommended)
